COLD DRY WEATHER TO CONTINUE.
Currently 24 in the Big Apple with bright sun.  Cold weather will continue for the rest of the week with highs in the low 30’s lows in the low 20’s. Slight chance for some snow Tuesday into Wednesday. Bundle up.

RISE AND SHINE WEATHER.
Break out your balaclava, it’s 16 degrees in the Big Apple. Today will be mostly sunny with a high around 25. Clear skies tonight will allow temps to drop down to around 13 in the city, single digits in the burbs. Saturday will be partly cloudy with a high near 27. Sunday = more sun with a high around 30. Enjoy.

ARCTIC FRONT IS HERE.
Arctic front crossing the region now. Numerous snow showers may drop up to an inch of snow in certain areas. Winds will also pick up gusting to near 30 at times. Temps will quickly begin to nose dive after 5pm, stopping in the mid teens by morning. If you are headed out tonight its a excellent night to bundle. Friday will be cold with a high near 25.

QUICK FREEZE ON THE WAY.
Snow is over for now but we could see some snow showers ahead of an arctic front passage around 3pm. Any snow showers could be briefly heavy. Thereafter, very cold air will move in, mainly after 4-5 pm. This will result in a quick freeze across area roadways and surfaces. If  you are in a car, slow down. If you are walking, take it easy. If you are elderly, stay inside an have some tea.

MODERATE SNOW TO CONTINUE.
What a surprise this morning, moderate snow. Currently 32 and snowing in central park. Accumulation is expected to be 1-3 inches. Temps will slowly rise today to around 33 and drop sharply with the passage of an arctic front. Tonight will be blustery and much colder with a low around 15. Bundle up if you are heading out. Friday will be cold with a high near 25.

WEATHER UPDATE.
Currently 35 in the Big Apple with light winds and clear skies. The high today will be a warm 41. Tonight clouds will roll in with a low around 30. ARCTIC FRONT approaches on Thursday with showers ahead of it. Thursday night will feature snow showers, wind and low near 15. Wind chills will be near zero. Cold locks in for the weekend.

Currently 50 hot degrees in Central Park. Winds have died down, clouds have cleared and the soaking rains are long gone. Tonight will continue to be very warm with the low dropping to around 38. Tomorrow will be partly Sunny with a high around 44. High temps will remain in the low 40’s both Tuesday and Wednesday, then drop to a high of 30 on Friday. HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6PM
South winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 60 to 70 mph are expected this afternoon across the Big Apple, northeastern New Jersey and coastal portions of the lower Hudson Valley as a potent storm continues to impact the region. Winds will quickly decrease from west to east after the passage of a cold front this afternoon.

It’s a windy, wet, warm mess out there right now. Rubber suit is needed if you plan on staying dry on your way to the job site. Currently 52 in Carroll Gardens with wind driven rain. The high could approach 60. Rain should be much less by the evening commute. This week will see the return of winter with highs below freezing by Friday, and even colder air for the weekend.

INTENSE STORMINESS
Big storm headed our way with 2-3 inches of rain possible. Wind will be and issue, we may seem some loud clouds and temps will surge into the upper 50’s. This is the same storm the walloped California last week so batten down the hatches. Expect a chance of showers any time after the noon hour. After Mondays warmth temps will trend downward through the week, with a chance for snow on Friday....

WEATHER UPDATE
37, high clouds and all’s well. The January thaw continues with highs in the 40’s stretching to next Wednesday. We may even top 50 on Monday as heavy rain falls from the sky. P.S. 1-2 INCHES OF RAIN expected starting Sunday night lasting into Monday.

HEAT WAVE! HEAT WAVE! Currently 45 skin baking degrees outside. Soak up some vitamin D and have a cold one near a window or even outside. Weather goes down the toilet tomorrow with rain breaking out and the high only reaching the upper 30’s. Chiller air returns for next week.

Don’t be surprised if you happen to hear Glenn Frey singing The Heat is On in your ear this morning. January thaw is here so oil up and hit the beach. Temps are projected to rocket into the mid 40’s today and tomorrow with lows around freezing. Sunday will be colder with a high around 39, heavy rain and wind. Sunday night we could see some snow.

Can you say hello January thaw? Currently 25 in the Big Apple headed to a beautiful 35 with a few high clouds floating by. Hat and warm jacked needed this morning so make sure you bundle up. Currently 23 in the big apple with light winds and clear skies headed down to 19. It’s chilly but not so bad out there.
