BLUSTERY DAY ON THE WAY
Currently 36 in the heart of Manhattan with winds gusting to near 30 at times, creating a wind chill of around 25.
Winds will blow the clouds out of town letting the sun shine down on the later today. The high will 42. TONIGHT, jackets will be mandatory as lows bottom out between 23-25 in the city with teens in the suburbs.
